Dog assembly is used to close and lock ship doors and hatches on vessels.
Dog assembly NS2522, consists of a wedge handle and a spindle ended with a handle. This makes it possible to manually close the ship's door or hatch from both sides.
Depending on the material, which it is mounted, the tube can be made of steel, aluminium or stainless steel.
The NS2522 wedge lock is mainly used in NS2742 hatches and NS6090 ship doors.
